Any decision to purchase or recommend a product is yours, and insurance products are sold only by appropriately licensed professionals under applicable law.

4. Eligibility and the Application Process

Our program is intended for professionals who are licensed and contracted to sell annuities. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or any results. We may accept, decline, or close an application in our discretion, and we are not obligated to provide a reason.

You represent that you hold all licenses and appointments required to conduct your business in the states in which you operate, and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier rules in your dealings with any consumer we connect you with.

You agree not to misuse the site, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content without permission.
